## During SOF Week 2026
###### G&H invites you to visit our Tampa manufacturing facility for an exclusive open house showcasing advanced optical and photonic system capabilities. Guests will experience guided facility tours, live demonstrations, and technical discussions with our engineering and manufacturing teams. Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided between the Tampa Convention Center and G&H Tampa facility.

###### Q1. What is the event about?
The G&H Tampa Open House offers a behind-the-scenes look at advanced optics and photonics manufacturing for mission-critical applications.
The Tampa site is now part of G&H's global network of design and manufacturing centers, specializing in precision optical systems, lens assemblies, and imaging technologies used in demanding aerospace and defense environments.
During the event, guests will have the opportunity to:
- Tour the manufacturing facility
- See live demonstrations of precision lens assemblies and imaging systems
- Meet with G&H optical engineers and photonics specialists
- Learn how G&H supports aerospace, defense, and security programs with vertically integrated design, fabrication, and system integration

**Dates**: May 19-20, 2026
**Location**: G&H Tampa Facility, 7826 Photonics Drive, Trinity, FL 34655
**Transportation**: Complimentary shuttle transportation will run between Tampa Convention Center and the site
**Time**: During registration, guests will be able to select their preferred visit time slot.
###### Q3. How do I register for the event?
Please complete the registration form on this page and select your preferred time slot.
Due to the nature of facility tours and demonstrations, capacity is limited, and registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Closer to the event, you will receive an email with event logistics, transportation information, and shuttle pickup instructions.
###### Q4. Is there a deadline to register?
Registration will remain open until May 8, 2026. Because attendance is limited for facility tours, early registration is recommended.
###### Q5. Can I bring a guest?
Yes - if you would like to bring a colleague, please email Brittany Ryan at [bryan@gandh.com](mailto:bryan@gandh.com) to add them to the guest list.
Each attendee must be registered individually.
Due to security and capacity limitations, all guests must be confirmed in advance.

Guests will enjoy:

Attire appropriate for attending SOF Week will be perfectly suitable for the event. For safety during the facility tour, closed-toe shoes are required.
###### Q9. Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. Complimentary food and beverages will be available throughout the event.
###### Q10. Will there be media coverage of the event?
Select members of the media may be invited to attend during separate scheduled time slots to respect the privacy and security of visiting customers.
###### Q11. Can I take photos or record videos?
Photography and video recording may be restricted in certain areas of the facility due to the sensitive nature of manufacturing processes and customer programs.
Guests will be informed of any restricted areas upon arrival.
